The Center for Person's with Disabilities at Utah State University is the administrative agent for the Indian Children's Program (ICP) funded by Indian Health Services.

The ICP is comprised of a consortium of Utah State University, Center for Person's with Disabilities, New Mexico Center for Development and Disabilities and Northern Arizona University's Institute for Human Development.

All three consortium organizations are members of the Association of University Centers on Disability AUCD.
